We do not tie our tenants down to long punitive leases. Normally a lease will be for a 12 months initial period then roll on with three months notice to quit. We do not expect you to employ expensive solicitors to draw up a lease, all our tenants are on standard Law Society Leases which can be completed free of charge by either you or us.
